pub struct AsyncBufferedAppend<'a, Config: FileConfig, Database: AsyncConnection + Clone + 'static> { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

A buffered [tokio::io::AsyncWrite] and std::io::Seek implementor for a File.

Implementations§

source§

impl<'a, Config: FileConfig, Database: AsyncConnection + Clone + 'static> AsyncBufferedAppend<'a, Config, Database>

source

pub async fn set_buffer_size(&mut self, capacity: usize) -> Result<()>

Sets the size of the buffer. For optimal use, this should be a multiple of Config::BLOCK_SIZE.

If any data is already buffered, it will be flushed before the buffer is resized.

Trait Implementations§

source§

impl<'a, Config: FileConfig, Database: AsyncConnection + Clone + 'static> AsyncWrite for AsyncBufferedAppend<'a, Config, Database>

source§

fn poll_write( self: Pin<&mut Self>, cx: &mut Context<'_>, data: &[u8] ) -> Poll<Result<usize, Error>>

Attempt to write bytes from buf into the object. Read more
source§

fn poll_flush( self: Pin<&mut Self>, cx: &mut Context<'_> ) -> Poll<Result<(), Error>>

source§

fn poll_shutdown( self: Pin<&mut Self>, cx: &mut Context<'_> ) -> Poll<Result<(), Error>>

§

fn poll_write_vectored( self: Pin<&mut Self>, cx: &mut Context<'_>, bufs: &[IoSlice<'_>] ) -> Poll<Result<usize, Error>>
